Terms & Conditions
Gift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused value at expiry will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, refunded, or consolidated into a new card, and do not function as legal tender, credit, or debit cards.
If a purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid by cash, debit, or credit card. Returns for items purchased with a Gift Card will be issued as a credit note for future use. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced. For any suspected unauthorised use, contact Home Comforts Hiking immediately with proof of purchase, the voucher number, and photo ID.
Home Comforts Hiking reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card if necessary and may issue a replacement unless fraud is suspected. Terms and conditions may be varied or updated at any time.
